Job summary

Jump Ahead Pediatrics, LLC in Newark, NJ is actively seeking a licensed Speech Language Pathologist or CF to join our school-based team on a full-time basis. CFs receive direct supervision and hands-on training, with opportunities statewide and nationwide for growth.

The role is school-based, hours are 8:30am-3:00pm, and pay is $60-$80 per hour, with compensation for the full school day including prep, note time, and lunch. Benefits include health insurance, 401k, and more.

Qualifications

• Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist or graduating CF candidate.
• NJ School Certification.
• Eligible to practice in New Jersey and obtain licensure if required.
• Willingness to work in a school-based setting.

Responsibilities

• Assessing and diagnosing speech, language, and swallowing disorders in students.
• Developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs).
• Providing therapy sessions to improve speech and language skills.
• Monitoring progress and adjusting therapy plans as needed.
• Collaborating with educators, parents, and other professionals.
• Maintaining accurate documentation and complying with regulations.
