Reports To: Building Principal/Director of Special Services
General Summary: The Speech-Language Pathologist provides services to students with speech/language impairments in the areas of oral language, articulation, fluency, and/or voice within the educational setting.
Conducts duties in a classroom environment with no significant exposure to environmental conditions. Requires the ability to work under a degree of stress related to duties that require constant attention and working with students. Physical demands are limited to classroom work requiring lifting or moving items up to 25 pounds. Occasional local travel is required; no overnight travel is required. The job requires the operation of standard office equipment.
