Job summary

Arrowhead West, Inc. in Dodge City, KS is hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to assess and support children’s communication skills in our Infant Toddler Services. This full-time, year-round position offers meaningful therapy in a collaborative setting.

Compensation includes a competitive salary ($64,374 - $85,190 per year), a $5,000 sign-on bonus, relocation assistance up to $5,000, and comprehensive benefits; travel is required to surrounding areas.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Kansas SLP License (KDADS).
• CCC-SLP preferred; Early Childhood Education experience.
• Valid driver’s license; travel required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech, language, articulation, fluency, and hearing assessments.
• Develop and implement IFSPs.
• Provide coaching to caregivers on speech therapy strategies, assistive technology, and daily routines.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver early intervention services.
• Maintain accurate documentation and case records.
