Your Role in Home Health

As a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP), you'll evaluate and treat patients experiencing communication, cognitive, and swallowing difficulties. Working in patients' homes, you'll help improve speech, language, comprehension, and functional communication while supporting safe swallowing and greater independence.

• Conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations and assess patient needs
• Develop individualized treatment plans and measurable therapy goals
• Provide interventions for speech, language, voice, and cognitive-communication disorders
