Job summary

Henry Ford Health in Detroit is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide clinical services to adults and children with speech, language, cognitive, voice, and swallowing disorders. • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• State license to practice in Michigan.
• CCC-ASHA certification or eligibility.
• Passed Praxis exam and completed CF year.
• Minimum of one year of clinical experience.

• Diagnose, evaluate, treat, and follow up with patients.

Role Overview

As a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP), you will provide essential clinical services to individuals with adult and pediatric speech, language, cognitive, voice, and swallowing disorders. Your role includes diagnosis, evaluation, therapy, treatment, and follow-up, ensuring comprehensive care for our patients. You will also supervise clinical fellows, fostering the next generation of SLP professionals.

• Successful completion of the National Praxis Examination.
• Successful completion of the Clinical Fellowship year.
• One year of experience in a clinical setting.
• State of Michigan license.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence by ASHA.
