Infinite Pediatric Partners LLC is a multidisciplinary pediatric therapy practice serving children and young people from birth through age 21. The team includes physical, occupational, speech, and marriage and family therapists who collaborate to support holistic development and well-being. Services are provided at an outpatient clinic in Greenwood Village, CO, and in homes through local Early Intervention Programs. The organization emphasizes family-centered care, individualized treatment plans, and close coordination with caregivers and educational teams.

Role Description

The Speech Language Pathologist is a full-time, on-site role based in Greenwood Village, CO. This team member will assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in children and adolescents, collaborating closely with families and other therapists to develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Day-to-day responsibilities include administering standardized assessments, providing evidence-based therapy sessions, documenting progress, and communicating regularly with caregivers and school personnel. The role also involves participating in interdisciplinary meetings, contributing to care coordination, and maintaining compliance with all clinical, ethical, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications
  • Candidates should possess strong skills in Speech Therapy and Speech assessment and intervention for pediatric populations.
  • Candidates should possess expertise in Communication Disorders and Language Disorders, including evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
  • Candidates should possess clinical skills in managing Dysphagia, including safe feeding strategies and swallowing interventions for children.
  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Current state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech Language Pathologist in Colorado and ASHA CCC-SLP preferred.
  • Experience working with children ages 0–21 in outpatient, school, or early intervention settings is highly beneficial.
  • Strong documentation, organizational, and time-management skills, with the ability to collaborate in a multidisciplinary team.
