Holly Heights in Denver, CO is seeking a dedicated Full Time Speech-Language Pathologist for our in-house rehab program. Join a stable team serving geriatric patients across long-term and short-term care.

Responsibilities include screening/evaluating patients with communication, cognitive, or swallowing disorders; delivering rehabilitative treatment; evaluating outcomes; and generating discharge summaries. We offer competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Speech-Language Pathologist license is required.
• Must hold current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence or be qualified for Clinical Fellowship Year.

• Screen and evaluate patients with communication, cognitive, or swallowing disorders, developing appropriate care plans following regulatory and clinical standards.
• Deliver rehabilitative treatment to patients with communication, cognitive, and/or swallowing disorders, ensuring compliance with regulatory and clinical practice requirements.
• Evaluate treatment outcomes, modify services based on patient evaluation, and make referrals as needed.
• Provide consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers, and other service providers related to speech disorders.
• Generate comprehensive discharge summaries in adherence to regulatory and clinical requirements.

Holly Heights in Denver, CO, is a post-acute care facility with long-term care, short-term care, and geriatric services. We offer a stable and fun in-house therapy team and excellent programs serving our geriatric clientele in their journey to recovery. We are currently seeking a dedicated Full Time Speech-Language Pathologist for our in-house rehab program.

Key Responsibilities

• Screen and evaluate patients with communication, cognitive, or swallowing disorders, developing appropriate care plans following regulatory and clinical standards.
