Facility: Bedrock Rehabilitation and Nursing Center of West Volusia

Location: Deltona, FL

Position Type: Full-Time

Pay Rate: $50-$55 per hour

Are you a dedicated and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) looking to make a difference in the lives of patients? At Bedrock Rehabilitation and Nursing Center of West Volusia, we provide a supportive and collaborative environment where your skills and expertise can thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive speech therapy evaluations based on MD orders.
• Accurately document findings in the standardized evaluation format.
• Develop detailed treatment plans with long- and short-term goals, frequency, and treatment modalities.
• Ensure all MD orders are obtained for evaluations, treatments, recertifications, and discharges.
• Deliver effective patient care, utilizing modalities and modifying treatment as necessary while adhering to all precautions.
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree (MA or MS) in Communication Disorders from an accredited university recognized by ASHA and the state board.
• Holds a current Speech Language Pathology license/registration in Florida.
• Successful completion of a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY).
