Job summary

Angels Care Home Health is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (ST) to provide therapy in patients’ homes across Iowa. You will evaluate and treat speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive disorders while coordinating care with an interdisciplinary team.

The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule, salary plus vehicle allowance and on-call pay, full health, dental, and vision benefits, generous PTO, CEU access, and opportunities for internal promotion in a patient‑centered organization.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited college or university.
• Current state license in Speech Language Pathology.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence from American Speech Language Hearing Association.
• Valid driver’s license.
• 2 years’ experience in an acute care or rehabilitation setting; home health preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides coordinated care to patients in their place of residence.
• Plans, implements, and evaluates patient care plans to restore or maintain patient well‑being.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary team.

Education

Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology

Current state license in Speech Language Pathology

Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA

Valid driver’s license

2 years’ experience in acute care or rehabilitation/home health
