Compensation Options

W-2 / Hourly Positions:

• SLPA: $46,000-$52,000 annually
• SLP (CF to CCC-SLP): $65,000-$85,000 annually
• Bilingual SLP (Spanish/English): $68,000-$90,000 annually

W-2/ Pay-Per-Visit (Optional):

• SLPA: $30-$44/hour
• SLP: $50-$76/hour (Based on experience and bilingual status)

1099/Contractor (Optional):

• SLPA: $17/session or $34/hour
• SLP: $30/session or $60/hour & $80/Evaluation
