Our not-for-profit organization offers personalized therapeutic care for residents within senior living communities, offering rehabilitative care that helps improve their quality of life. Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients for swallowing disorders and communication/cognitive impairments, utilizing a variety of evidence‑based therapeutic techniques.
• Establish treatment goals, as well as develop and implement appropriate Speech Pathology treatment programs based upon a full clinical evaluation.
• Provide rehabilitative services to patients under specific medical orders as part of a coordinated team.
• Participate in clinical conferences to share and coordinate the plan of care for patients.
• Treat residents one on one so each patient gets individualized attention through private treatment sessions with a functional based treatment approach.
• The ability to individualize treatment sessions.

Qualifications

• Masters Degree from an accredited graduate program in speech language pathology.
• Current state license as a Speech Language Pathologist / SLP, or ability to obtain prior to beginning employment.

Compensation

USD $38.00 - $46.00 /Hr.
