Job summary

Bridgeway Therapy Center is hiring Speech Language Pathologists (SLPs) and CFs to join a large, collaborative team in Columbus, OH. The position supports a caseload averaging 15–25 clients and offers flexible hours, CEU stipends, and covered licensure fees.

We provide co-treats with OT, PT, Music Therapy, psychology and social work, dedicated therapy spaces, and opportunities for innovation, leadership, and professional growth. A valid driver’s license and background screening are required.

Qualifications

• State-licensed SLP required or CF eligibility in Ohio.
• Background checks including ODJFS, BCI and FBI clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language therapy to caseload with 15–25 clients on average.
• Collaborate with OT, PT, Music Therapy, psychology and social work teams.
• Participate in co-treats and ongoing development opportunities.
