Our exciting, collaborative, and multidisciplinary therapy team seeks a dedicated individual to provide online speech therapy services to clients in the Cincinnati area. In this 35‑hour‑per‑week position, you will make a real difference in the lives of young learners while working alongside a supportive and collaborative team of professionals.

💰 $37.44 - $43.38 / hr*

*Salary range is contingent upon experience, credentialing, certification, education, and use of a second language in your role.

Expectations:
  • Provide telecommute/remote speech services that adheres to the goals and objectives found in each student’s IEP or Plan of Care
  • Administer all necessary evaluations and assessments with written reports and Plan of Care
  • Keep accurate records and provide updates on progress and recommendations regarding IEPs
  • Communicate ongoing student/client progress to parents/guardians, general education teachers, school administration, district personnel, and other service professionals
Minimum Requirements:
  • Licensed as a Speech Pathologist by the Ohio Speech and Hearing Professionals Board, hold a Pupil Service License by the Ohio Department of Education, and have your CCC, Certificate of Clinical Competence, from ASHA and a minimum of two years of experience
  • Access to a mobile phone (for email) & basic internet (if working offsite)
  • Familiar with the Ohio Education Code, Ohio Code of Regulations, and Office of Education schools’ policies, rules, and regulations regarding programs and pupils
  • Valid Ohio Driver’s License in good standing
  • Must clear a current background check through the FBI and BCI
  • Hold valid CPR and First Aid training certificate
  • Auto insurance liability coverage meeting minimum for work‑related travel (25/50k liability coverage)
  • Ability to travel to more than one site on any given day
  • A current TB Test
Environment & Physical Qualifications:
  • Varied work environments, including classrooms, clinics, and homes
  • Moderate to loud noise levels and physical demands may vary
  • Working with individuals exhibiting diverse behaviors and needs
