At The Center for TLC, we believe therapy should be child-centered, collaborative, and joyful — for both our clients and our clinicians.
We are a specialized pediatric therapy clinic serving incredible children and families through an interdisciplinary model that values teamwork, creativity, clinical growth, and meaningful relationships.
We are currently seeking a full-time or part-time Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist to join our growing team.
Whether you’re an experienced pediatric therapist or a new graduate looking for mentorship and support, we would love to connect with you.
You won’t work in isolation here. Our OT, PT, SLP, ABA, and support teams collaborate regularly to provide holistic care while supporting one another professionally.
We value clinical growth and never expect therapists to “figure it out alone.” New graduates are welcome and supported through mentorship, collaboration, and onboarding guidance.
Our therapists build lasting relationships with children and families while helping clients develop skills that truly impact daily life.
We prioritize a positive, supportive environment where therapists feel valued, heard, and respected.
Our clinic provides access to therapy materials, interdisciplinary collaboration, and administrative support so clinicians can focus on quality care.
We believe great therapists provide the best care when they are supported both professionally and personally. Our therapists enjoy flexible scheduling options, no weekend hours, and the opportunity to work a 4-day work week to help promote strong work-life balance and reduce burnout.
CFs/new graduates are encouraged to apply.
We would love the opportunity to show you what makes TLC such a special place to grow as a clinician.
