Compensation: Rate depends on setting, experience, licensure, and employment status

Job Responsibilities:

• Review authorized orders, perform and document initial evaluations to identify oral-motor deficits and set therapeutic goals for home care patients
• Conduct clinical assessments to determine impairments and potential for development/restoration
• Collaborate with patients, families, and medical teams to establish treatment goals
• Track, document, and reevaluate treatment progress; adjust plans as needed
• Recommend and train patients and caregivers on Augmentative Communication Devices and oral-motor exercises
