Job summary

Essential Therapy Solutions, Llc is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to provide evaluations and therapy for children aged 3 and up. The role involves developing individualized plans, conducting family sessions, and monitoring patient progress.

Qualifications

• Must meet all professional requirements to work as a Speech Language Pathologist.
• Completion of the AzEIP Standards of Practice for Early Interventionists within three years.
• Must pass background check and obtain Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card.

Responsibilities

• Provide evaluations, assessments and ongoing therapy for children 3 years and older.
• Develop individualized treatment plans for each patient.
• Document patient evaluations and treatment plans.

Responsibilities

• Provide evaluations, assessments and ongoing therapy for children 3 years and up.
• Develop individualized plans tailored to each patient’s needs.
• Provide one‑on‑one family sessions.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Document patient evaluations, treatment plans, and progress notes.
• Advocate for patient needs in various settings such as schools or workplaces.
• Stay updated on the latest research and advancements in speech therapy.
• Be open to flexible schedules as needed for service provision to families.
• Be available for hybrid services, in person and virtual.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech Language Therapy.
• Meet all prescribed professional requirements and rules of professional conduct as a Speech Language Pathologist including certifications and/or licensures.
• Completion of the AzEIP Standards of Practice for Early Interventionists within three years of a start date is required.
• Must be able to complete a successful background check and obtain a Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card.
• Feeding experience is a plus, but not required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills is a plus, but not required.
