KALEIDOSCOPE LEARNING CENTER CORP is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to evaluate, diagnose, and treat students with speech and language disorders in a school setting. You will work with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support academic achievement and social communication.

You will conduct evaluations, provide therapy, and maintain documentation while collaborating with staff and families to monitor progress and adjust goals accordingly.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in SLP required.
• Experience evaluating students in school settings is desirable.
• Eligible for Florida licensure or licensure materials in progress.

Responsibilities

• Perform speech and language evaluations for students.
• Provide individual and group therapy for communication disorders.
• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and parents.
• Document progress, reports, and Medicaid billing when applicable.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment goals as needed.

We are seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment services to students with speech, language, communication, and related disorders that impact educational performance. The SLP will collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support students’ academic achievement, social communication, and participation in the school environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct speech and language evaluations for students
• Provide individual and group therapy services to students with communication disorders
• Address areas including:
  • Articulation and phonological disorders
  • Receptive and expressive language delays
  • Social/pragmatic communication skills
  • Fluency disorders
  • Voice disorders
  • AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication) support
• Collaborate with teachers, school psychologists, occupational therapists, physical therapists, administrators, and parents
• Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and Medicaid billing when applicable
• Monitor student progress and adjust treatment goals and strategies as needed
