Job summary

Infinity Rehab is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to join our therapy team at Eben Ezer Lutheran Care Center in Brush, Colorado. This role offers a balanced schedule with options Mon-Fri or Sun-Thurs and 4, 6, or 8 hours per day, along with modern documentation tools and strong professional support.

You will provide direct patient care to adults with orthopedic, neurological, and cardiopulmonary conditions, perform assessments, plan and implement treatment, and document under physicians’

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or higher.
• State license in Colorado or eligibility to obtain one.
• One year of SLP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to adults with a variety of medical conditions.
• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and document progress.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.
