Job summary

Boston Speech Therapy is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to support students in the school environment in Beverly, MA. You will evaluate, plan and provide individualized therapy while coordinating with families and school teams.

The position emphasizes strong therapist support, caseload advocacy, and collaboration with multidisciplinary staff. Hours run 8:00–3:00, serving ages 3 through 21, with a 1099 contracting arrangement.

Qualifications

• Conduct speech and language evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide direct therapy services tailored to each client\'s communication goals.
• Document progress notes and maintain accurate, timely clinical records.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Advocate for appropriate caseloads and high-quality therapist support.
• Special needs school working with Medically complex and children who have more severe Autism.
• Must be familiar with communication devices.
• Must be willing to be safety care trained.
