Role Overview

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and implement treatment plans for all referred patients.
• Contribute to the development and upgrade of treatment programs and protocols.
• Maintain effective communication regarding therapy programs and departmental issues.
• Complete all required documentation and maintain pertinent records to comply with Joint Commission, CARF, Medicare, and all other regulatory requirements.
• Demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of the patients served.
• Organize job duties and responsibilities to be efficient and productive.
• Maintain equipment and environment in a safe and orderly manner.
• Commit to professional growth and competency.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
