Pediatric Developmental Services (PDS) is hiring a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) to work with children in a pediatric setting. The role emphasizes a predictable weekday schedule, time off aligned with breaks, and mentorship within a collaborative team.

Candidates should hold a Master's in Speech-Language Pathology, ASHA CCC-SLP, and an active SLP license. PDS offers comprehensive benefits, licensure reimbursement, and ongoing CEUs.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders is required.
• ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) is required.
• Active state SLP license is required; licensing team will assist if not yet licensed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, individualized services based on pediatric needs and therapy plans.
• Conduct evaluations, write reports, and monitor progress in articulation, language, fluency, pragmatics, and feeding (if applicable).
• Collaborate with families and care teams to support developmental goals.
• Create a positive, supportive therapy experience for each child.
