Job summary

Pediatric Developmental Services (PDS) is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) to support pediatric clients in Austin, TX. You will deliver individualized therapy plans, conduct evaluations, and monitor progress across articulation, language, fluency, pragmatics, and feeding when applicable.

You’ll collaborate with families and a multidisciplinary team of SLPs, OTs, PTs, and mental health professionals to foster developmental goals in a supportive setting.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
• ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP).
• Active state SLP license.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, individualized services based on pediatric needs and therapy plans.
• Conduct evaluations, write reports, and monitor progress in areas such as articulation, language, fluency, pragmatics, and feeding (if applicable).
• Collaborate with families and care teams to support developmental goals.
• Create a positive, supportive therapy experience for each child.
