Pediatric Developmental Services (PDS) is hiring a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) to work with children in a pediatric setting. The role emphasizes a predictable weekday schedule, work-life balance, and collaboration with OTs, PTs, and mental health providers.

Qualified candidates hold a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, ASHA CCC-SLP, and an active state license. Professional development, mentorship, and licensure support are provided as part of a comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
• ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP).
• Active state SLP license and ability to obtain or maintain licensure in the state.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, individualized pediatric SLP services based on therapy plans.
• Conduct evaluations, write reports, and monitor progress across articulation, language, fluency, pragmatics, and feeding if applicable.
• Collaborate with families and care teams to support developmental goals and provide positive therapy experiences.
• Participate in ongoing mentorship and interdisciplinary collaboration within the pediatric team.
