Big Stone Therapies, Inc. is seeking a part-time Speech Language Pathologist to join our therapy team in the communities of Annandale, MN and St. Cloud, MN. This 0.60 FTE position includes benefits with potential to grow to 0.80 FTE and a 24-hour-per-week schedule.

The role will provide patient care across SNF/LTC, ALF/ILF, and Outpatient services at both locations, offering exposure to diverse populations and settings. CFY candidates are welcome and Minnesota licensure is required or eligible.

Qualifications

• Must have graduated from an accredited Speech Language Pathology/Communication Sciences and Disorders program.
• Must have, or be eligible for, SLP licensing in Minnesota.

• Job Title: Speech Language Pathologist
• Location: Annandale Health & Community Services; Talamore Senior Living
• Position type: Part-time, benefited, 0.60 FTE with potential to grow to Full-time, 0.80 FTE
• Hours/Schedule: This position will generally be scheduled for 24 hours per week, with a flexible Monday through Friday schedule.
• Settings: This position will provide patient care at both locations, which include Skilled Nursing Facility/Long-Term Care (SNF/LTC), Assisted/Independent Living (ALF/ILF), and Outpatient services, offering the opportunity to work across a variety of patient populations and care settings.
