Job summary

CoxHealth is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to deliver home health services in Springfield, MO. You will assess, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders in a patient-centered, community-based setting.

Requires a Master’s degree in Speech Pathology, MO licensure as a SLP with CCC or CFY eligibility, and the ability to work independently with strong communication skills and a positive attitude. Sign-on and relocation bonuses may apply.

• Master’s degree in Speech Pathology/Communicative Disorders.
• Missouri license as Speech-Language Pathologist, CCC or CFY candidate.
• CFY/CCC eligibility in Missouri.

Department: 1526 Home Health CHAH

Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Work Shift: Day Shift (United States of America)

Education

• Required: Master’s Degree in Speech Pathology/Communicative Disorders and Sciences

Experience

• Preferred: Prior one year hospital/health care related experience.

Skills

• Good clinical expertise, human relations skills and organizational skills required.
• Self-motivated individual who can work independently with little direct supervision required.
• Has demonstrated interest in professional growth by attendance at continuing education workshops, and applications of new principles and/or techniques.
• Must have good communication skills and a positive attitude

Licensure/Certification/Registration

• Required: License of Speech Therapy active in the state of Missouri, CCC or CFY candidate
