Job summary

Unity House’s A Child's Place at Unity House in Albany, NY, seeks full-time CFY Speech-Language Pathologists to join our early childhood program. This is an ideal opportunity to complete your Clinical Fellowship Year in a supportive, team-based setting.

Salary is $57,223.53 annually with a $5,000 sign-on bonus for eligible candidates and an additional $5,000 if a CFY completes the required rotation and remains employed.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology (required)
• Pediatric experience or internship (preferred)
• Strong documentation and organizational skills
• Valid NYS driver's license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat children ages 6 weeks to 5 years
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
• Use creative, play-based and theme-based activities to engage children
• Provide services in: Daycare centers and preschools, Client homes, Special education settings
• Maintain accurate documentation and timely reports
• Collaborate with a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist and multidisciplinary team
• Support a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment
