Job summary

HDE Services LLC in North Carolina is seeking a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant to provide therapy to children in their natural environment, including one-on-one and small group sessions as clinically appropriate. You will monitor progress, adjust strategies, document outcomes, and communicate with caregivers and the care team, while maintaining compliant documentation per payer and CDSA requirements.

Active NC SLP assistant license, at least 1 year of pediatric experience, strong time

Qualifications

• Active North Carolina Speech-Language Pathology assistant license.
• Minimum of one year of experience with kids.
• Ability to deliver therapy services effectively in a child’s natural environment.
• Strong time management and organizational skills; clear communication with families.

What You’ll Do

30 per visit.

Provide one-on-one speech therapy services, with group sessions as clinically appropriate.

Incorporate play-based, functional, and engaging interventions into therapy sessions.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• Active North Carolina Speech-Language Pathology assistant license.


• Minimum of one (1) year of experience with kids.


• Ability to deliver therapy services effectively in a child’s natural environment.


• Strong time management, organization, and independent clinical decision-making skills.


• Clear, professional communication with families and care teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• One (1) or more years of experience in early intervention, home-based, or community-based pediatric settings.


• Experience working with diverse diagnoses, including autism spectrum disorder and developmental delays.


• Familiarity with CDSA service delivery and documentation requirements.


• Comfort with electronic documentation and mobile scheduling workflows.
