The Mary Lanning Memorial Hospital Association is seeking a Speech Pathologist to evaluate and treat patients with hearing, speech, language, and swallowing issues. Candidates should hold a Master's Degree in Speech Pathology and ideally have at least six months of related experience.
The role requires collaboration with various healthcare professionals and adherence to the institution's patient care values. Essential certifications include the CCC from ASHA and a current state license.
The Speech Pathologist is responsible for providing the evaluation and treatment of patients with hearing, speech, language, and swallowing problems based upon the medical diagnosis and the physician’s order for speech/language services that are consistent with the accepted speech pathology standards of practice. Applies the principles of growth and development to the care of pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric age patients. Works with many different individuals including customers, patients, physicians, employees, etc., and must recognize the need for teamwork and function accordingly.

Masters Degree in Speech Pathology required.
Minimum of six months related experience and/or training is preferred.
