Job summary

Innodata India seeks an English Speech & Audio Evaluation Specialist for a 3-month contractual role. You will listen to English audio recordings and evaluate pronunciation, fluency, accent and naturalness.

Candidates should have excellent English listening and speaking skills, strong written feedback, and attention to detail. Experience in US voice processes or transcription is preferred. You must complete tasks within deadlines.

Qualifications

• Excellent English speaking and listening skills.

• Experience with US international voice processes or voice operations preferred.
• Experience in voice quality assessment, transcription or speech-related projects is a plus.

Role: English Speech & Audio Evaluation Specialist

Roles and Responsibilities

• Listen to English audio recordings and conversations and evaluate the quality of spoken English.
• Assess pronunciation, accent, fluency, clarity, tone, and naturalness of speech.
• Identify differences in speaking styles, accents, and conversational patterns.
• Evaluate how clearly and naturally English is spoken during conversations.
• Provide accurate and objective written feedback based on the evaluation guidelines.
• Follow the project guidelines and maintain consistency and quality in evaluations.
• Complete assigned tasks within the expected timelines.

Required Skills and Experience

• Excellent English speaking and listening skills.
• Strong understanding of English pronunciation, accents, fluency, and speech patterns.
• Candidates with experience in US international voice processes, US voice operations, or voice and accent training will be preferred.
• Experience in voice quality assessment, language evaluation, transcription, or speech-related projects will be an added advantage.
• Strong written communication and attention to detail.
