We are seeking skilled and experienced Audio Speech Evaluators Experts to assess speech quality and conversational performance through natural, unscripted interactions with an AI bot, in accordance with established evaluation guidelines. The ideal candidates will demonstrate excellent English proficiency, strong listening and analytical skills, and the ability to identify nuances in accent, pronunciation, fluency, tone, and conversational delivery.

• Engage in natural, unscripted conversations with an AI bot across various topics and scenarios.
• Evaluate speech quality, including tone, accent, pronunciation, fluency, clarity, pacing, and naturalness.
• Assess overall conversational quality using predefined evaluation guidelines and rubrics.
• Provide clear, objective, and constructive feedback.
• Complete assigned tasks within the expected turnaround time while maintaining high quality standards.

• Highly proficient or near-native English speaker.
• Prior experience in international voice processes, BPO, or Voice and Accent is strongly preferred.
• Excellent listening, comprehension, and written communication skills.
• Strong ability to identify subtle differences in tone, accent, pronunciation, fluency, and conversational style.
• Experience in audio, speech, language, or conversational AI evaluation is an added advantage.
• Comfortable participating in conversational sessions lasting approximately 20–30 minutes.
• Ability to follow detailed guidelines and deliver consistent, accurate evaluation.
