Job summary

RWS is seeking a Speech AI Evaluation Specialist to support the improvement of AI-generated content in Japanese. This is a freelance, part-time remote role with a flexible schedule and immediate start.

You will participate in short voice conversations, follow prompts, evaluate responses for relevance and quality, and provide objective ratings according to project guidelines. English proficiency (B2-C2) and native-level Japanese are required.

Qualifications

• Native-level fluency in Japanese.
• English proficiency: Fluent or advanced (B2-C2).
• AI/data capabilities (preferred): experience in ML tasks, data collection/ preprocessing, data evaluation/QA, or data annotation.

Responsibilities

• Participate in short voice conversations with AI models using a designated platform.
• Follow provided scenarios and prompts during interactions.
• Evaluate AI responses based on relevance, accuracy, clarity, and quality.
• Provide objective ratings and feedback according to project guidelines.
• Complete assigned tasks within established quality and productivity expectations.
