Job summary

RWS is seeking a Speech AI Evaluation Specialist to support the improvement of AI-generated content in Chinese Simplified from a remote USA-based setup. This freelance, part-time role offers an hourly rate and requires native-level Chinese and strong English skills to assess AI outputs and provide structured feedback.

You will follow conversation prompts, rate model responses, and help enhance accuracy, clarity, and overall quality of the AI system. Immediate start is available.

Qualifications

• Native-level fluency in Chinese Simplified.
• English proficiency fluent or advanced (B2–C2).
• Experience in AI tasks such as data collection, evaluation or labeling preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participate in short voice conversations with AI models using a designated platform
• Follow provided scenarios and prompts during interactions
• Evaluate AI responses based on relevance, accuracy, clarity, and overall quality
• Provide objective ratings and feedback according to project guidelines

What we’re looking for:

• AI & Data Capabilities (Preferred): Experience in one or more of the following areas: machine learning tasks, data collection and preprocessing, data evaluation and quality assurance, and data annotation and labeling
