Are you a Special Education Teacher who enjoys creating learning experiences that meet students where they are? Clarifi Staffing Solutions is seeking a full-time Elementary Special Education Teacher to support students in a Michigan school district throughout the 2026-2027 school year.

This role is centered on individualized instruction, meaningful student progress, and collaboration. You’ll tailor lessons to different learning styles, provide targeted support, and use student performance data to guide instruction. Working alongside teachers, specialists, and families, you’ll help create a classroom environment where students can participate, develop new skills, and work toward their individual goals.

Your Role

The selected educator will develop and implement IEPs, provide individualized and small-group instruction, and modify curriculum, activities, and teaching strategies to address student needs. You’ll monitor academic and developmental progress, support behavioral and social growth, and help maintain consistent inclusive practices across learning environments.
