Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Special Education or related field.

• Valid Michigan teaching certificate with Special Education endorsement or eligibility requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support positive classroom behavior and student engagement.
• Develop, implement, and maintain IEPs.
• Participate in IEP meetings, team planning, and multidisciplinary discussions.
• Monitor student progress with data and adjust instructional approaches.
• Maintain accurate student records and documentation.
