The Boise Independent School District is seeking a part-time teacher (0.5 FTE) for the current school year, with a start date of January 4, 2026. Job description

• Part-time, one year only position (.5 FTE)
• If your acceptance date is after August 1st, then the selected candidate may not be renewed the following year, for reasons such as (i.e. employee returning from leave of absence, program/grant funding, etc.)
• Note: Due to the urgency to fill positions for the current school year jobs may close before the noted date.
• Posting closes at 5:00 p.m. (Mountain Time) on closing date advertised
• Position may or may not be filled depending on District need

Benefits Information:

For positions that qualify, the District offers a benefit package that is valued at more than $10,000 annually. Benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance and Public Employees' Retirement System ( PERSI ) and are provided to Classified employees who work at least half time (20 hours per week) or more in a regular position and to Certified employees with a .50 FTE or greater contract.
