TheraPeds Partners is seeking a Special Education Teacher for a school-based role in Cincinnati, OH. This on-site position supports PreK-12 students through instruction, IEP development, evaluations, and coordinated case management in collaboration with therapists, educators and families.

The role offers part-time (20 hours/week) or full-time hours for the 2026-2027 school year, with guaranteed hours and competitive pay between $50-$60+ per hour.

Qualifications

• Teaching Certification in Special Education.
• State License as SPED teacher.
• 1+ years of experience in a school setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and assess IEPs for students with disabilities.
• Deliver instruction tailored to diverse learning needs.
• Collaborate with parents, educators, and specialists to support student learning.
• Monitor progress and adapt instruction.
• Maintain records of student performance and progress.
• Create a welcoming classroom environment and guide staff in instructional strategies.
• Collaborate with district and TheraPeds teams.
