• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Parapro Assessment/PRAXIS ETS with score 460+ or higher, or an associate degree or higher.
• CPR & First Aid certificate within 2 months of hire, Safety Care Training, Health Services Training.

Responsibilities

• Assist and supervise students according to IEP needs and implement learning/behavior plans.
• Provide small group instruction and classroom interventions.
• Assist with health care plans and maintain safety in accordance with district policies.
• Administer basic math calculations and read/write documents as required.
