Description

Role Mission: Provide safe transportation for SPED and/or RISE students to and from home and campus daily while reducing operational costs.

What We Offer

Compensation: Hourly rate between $14.56 (0 years experience) and $18.20. Performance bonus based on team performance and goal attainment.

What You Bring — Competencies:

• Assist with equipment like wheelchairs, car seats, and restraints as per IEP.
• Participate in ARD and IEP meetings.
• Conduct vehicle inspections and report issues.
• Report availability daily to management.

Qualifications:

• HS diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of driving non-CDL passenger vehicles.
• Must be 21+, able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Minimum 32 hours/week, extended hours as needed.

Accountabilities:

• Transport students safely, oversee loading/unloading, and ensure safety protocols.
• Follow safety procedures, maintain records, and communicate delays.
• Accept feedback and adapt to changing circumstances.
