Role Mission:

Provide safe transportation for SPED and/or RISE students to and from home and campus daily while reducing operational costs.

What We Offer

Compensation:

• Hourly rate ranging from $16.96 for 0 years of experience to $21.20.
• Performance bonus based on team performance and goal attainment.

What You Bring — Competencies:

• Assist students with equipment like wheelchairs, car seats, and restraints.
• Participate in ARD and IEP meetings.
• Conduct vehicle inspections and report issues.
• Report availability to your supervisor daily.

Qualifications:

• HS diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of experience driving non-CDL passenger vehicles.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Minimum of 32 hours/week, with extended hours as needed.

Accountabilities:

• Safely transport students according to schedule.
• Oversee loading/unloading, ensure safety belts, and maintain discipline.
• Perform safety inspections and maintain records.
• Communicate delays or issues promptly.
• Accept and incorporate feedback for continual improvement.
