Responsibilities

• Develop and implement lesson plans aligned with district curriculum.
• Plan and reflect accommodations for different learning styles.
• Present material according to TEA guidelines and policies.
• Plan and use instructional strategies and materials for diverse learners.
• Conduct assessment of student learning styles and use results to plan activities.
• Collaborate with special education teachers to modify curricula per IEPs.
• Plan and supervise assignments for aides and volunteers.
• Use technology to strengthen the teaching/learning process.
• Communicate with parents, students, and staff about progress.
