Qualifications

• Evidence of successful experience working with adult learners.
• Ability to collaborate with teacher teams and co-teach lessons.
• Knowledge and experience using a variety of assessment tools and analyzing student data.
• Demonstrated ability to facilitate groups and practice facilitative behaviors.
• Ability to design and deliver professional development at district and school levels.

Responsabilités

• Provide intensive coaching to improve beginning special education teachers' classroom practice.
• Collaborate with teachers to identify skills and needs for professional growth.
• Develop and share model teaching strategies and instructional routines.
• Coordinate induction requirements and support beginning teachers.
• Observe teachers and provide feedback for professional growth.
• Assist with instructional planning, assessments, and data analysis to inform planning.
• Identify appropriate instructional materials aligned to content standards and IEP goals.
• Deliver professional development to staff.
