Job summary

Crowley ISD seeks an Instructional Aide II SPED at Sycamore Elementary School. You will support students with moderate to severe delays under the supervision of a certified teacher and a principal.

Primary duties include assisting in instructional programs, supporting self-help and behavior management, and helping maintain a positive learning environment for students with disabilities. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or at least 48 college hours completed (transcript required)
• Experience working with children preferred
• Ability to work with students with disabilities and follow instructions
• Good communication and basic clerical skills

Responsibilities

• Assist SPED teacher with instructional activities
• Support in implementing classroom programs (self-help, behavior management)
• Support students with disabilities in daily tasks
• Follow directions from certified staff and supervisor
