Job summary

Bilingual Therapies in Missouri seeks a paraprofessional to support students across multiple schools on a per diem basis. You may serve as a 1:1 aide or classroom assistant in SPED and behavioral support with assignments across 33 sites, primarily elementary settings.

Shifts run 7:00am–4:30pm. Per diem hours vary; pick 1–5 days per week via the app. Earn about $20/hour and gain hands-on involvement in the school community while supporting diverse learners.

Qualifications

• Active substitute certificate on DESE must be active before start date.
• Experience in school settings, especially with students who have behavioral needs.
• Willingness to complete fingerprinting for the district.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 or classroom paraprofessional support in SPED.
• Support students with behavior intervention plans and other interventions.
• Assist with toileting care when needed and other personal supports.
• Engage with students across elementary, middle, and high school schedules.
• Coordinate via the designated app to pick up shifts (1–5 days/week).
