Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in spectrum management and radio frequency analysis.
• Familiarity with NTIA, FCC, and TIA/EIA-603 standards.
• Proficiency in using spectrum analysis tools such as Comarco/EDX, Hertz Warfare, Spectrum-E.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Must possess or be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance in accordance with agency requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a related field.
• Certifications in spectrum management or related areas.
• Experience working with government or military communications systems.

The well-being of WWT employees is essential. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $115,000.00 to $130,000.00 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base pay.
