Job summary

CACI International Inc is seeking a Spectrum Analyst to support JIATF 401. The role focuses on RF spectrum analysis, EW, signal identification, and spectrum management to support mission planning and acquisition decisions.

The analyst will leverage MSS, Palantir, Power BI, and AI-enabled tools to identify threats and optimize spectrum use. You will collaborate with engineers, analysts, and stakeholders to deliver technical assessments, dashboards, and briefings for senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance required.
• Experience in spectrum management, RF analysis, EW, or EMSO operations.
• Experience using MSS, Palantir, or similar analytics platforms.
• Experience developing dashboards/reports using Power BI or BI platforms.
• Python for data analysis, automation, or RF applications.
• Experience with AI-enabled tools and ML for spectrum analytics.
• Knowledge of RF propagation, spectrum ops, wireless comms, and interference mitigation.
• Experience with RF monitoring equipment, SDRs, and spectrum management apps.

Responsibilities

• Conduct spectrum analyses and environment assessments to support C-UAS ops and mission planning.
• Utilize MSS, Palantir, Power BI, Python, and AI tools to evaluate RF activity and trends.
• Analyze RF emissions, signals, and control/link data for UAS/C-UAS systems.
• Develop spectrum utilization plans and mitigate EMI to maximize ops.
• Create dashboards, reports, and executive briefings for leadership.
• Collaborate with engineers, analysts, and acquisition teams on spectrum solutions.
