Specimen Technician I – San Juan Capistrano, CA

Wednesday to Sunday, 1:00 PM – 9:30 PM. Seeking organized, detail‑oriented individuals to join Quest Diagnostics, a Fortune 500 leader in diagnostic information services, in specimen processor/lab assistant roles.

Pay range: $20.64 – $20.75 per hour, with possible shift differentials of 10% and 15% for second and third shift hours, respectively. Salary offers consider skills, training, experience, education, certifications, and market factors. Qualified candidates may receive annual performance bonus compensation.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a production or medical environment preferred
• Must have flexibility; majority of work on the night shift; weekends, holidays, on‑call and overtime may be required based on staffing needs
