Reporting to the divisional Laboratory Director, the Laboratory Manager oversees all administrative, technical, and fiscal aspects of the department. Responsibilities include personnel management, development of laboratory testing for accuracy and reliability, staff development, budgeting, adherence to metrics, supply chain management, and revenue cycle. The manager ensures high standards of care, implements policies and procedures, and handles training, budget administration, and employee relations.
Education: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution; Master’s preferred. ASCP or equivalent certification.
Experience: At least 7 years in Medical Technology, including 1-3 years in supervisory or leadership roles.
