Labcorp is seeking a Specimen Processor I to join our team in West Columbia, SC. The role involves processing and accessioning specimens in a fast-paced setting with strict SOPs and data entry duties.

Typical schedule is Monday–Friday, 3:00pm–12:00am with occasional Saturdays; eligible for 2nd shift differential. Minimum HS diploma or GED; 1+ year lab experience preferred. Proficiency in MS Office and strong teamwork are expected.

Qualifikationen

• High School diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 1 year or more experience in lab, accessioning, production, manufacturing or warehouse environment.
• Strong data entry and organizational skills; high attention to detail.

• Prepare laboratory specimens for analysis and testing.
• Unpack and route specimens to staging areas.
• Accurately identify and label specimens.
• Pack and ship specimens to testing facilities.
• Meet department activity and production goals.
• Data entry of patient information accurately and timely.
• Resolve and document any problem specimens.
