Job summary

Labcorp in Huntsville, AL is seeking a Specimen Processor I to support laboratory operations by preparing, sorting, and labeling specimens for analysis. This on-site role requires careful handling and accurate data entry to ensure correct sample tracking.

The schedule is Monday–Thursday 8:00am–5:00pm with a 1-hour lunch, and Friday 8:00am–12:00pm. Candidates with 1+ year in a lab or warehouse setting are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• 1+ year experience in a lab, accessioning, production, manufacturing, or warehouse.
• Comfortable handling biological specimens and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Prepare laboratory specimens for analysis and testing.
• Unpack and route specimens to their respective staging areas.
• Accurately identify and label specimens.
• Pack and ship specimens to proper testing facilities.

Labcorp is a global leader in diagnostic testing and drug development solutions. We are seeking a Specimen Processor I to support laboratory operations by preparing, sorting, and labeling specimens for analysis.

Position Summary
