Responsibilities

• Prepare and aliquot incoming samples for reference lab testing.
• Stock supply bins.
• Troubleshoot Medical Assistant and Provider questions, escalate to lab manager when appropriate.
• Order entry for Quest Diagnostic samples.
• Clean and sanitize work surfaces.
• Monitor supply usage and inform lab manager if low on inventory.
• Identify errors and communicate to lab manager for review.
• Backup to client services and lab manager for incoming calls – direct calls to necessary parties.
